As of January 2, 2019, our fees are as follow:

  • Private 1 on 1 Initial and subsequent appointment

  • Community Style appointment (Lynbrook office ONLY)        

  • Herbal prescription

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling (More than 24 Hours)

  • Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours) 

  • Rescheduling (Less than 24 Hours)  
    NOTE: Rescheduling to another day is considered as Cancellation

  • No Show 

We offer several methods of payment for your acupuncture care and you may choose the plan which best suit your needs. Please read carefully and choose the plan which you prefer. This information will enable us to better serve you and help us to avoid misunderstandings in the future.

Currently, IN ACUPUNCTURE does not participate in any In-Network Insurance benefits. But we offer several different methods of payment:

 

  1. Cash

  2. Credit Card / Debit Card

    • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  3. Mobile Payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.)

  4. Personal Checks

  5. HSA (Health Savings Account) / FSA (Flexible Savings Account)

 

Few Notes:

  • It is important that we collect payment in FULL at the time of service. If you are unable to pay our fees in full at each visit, please discuss with the staff at the time of your initial visit or at any time your financial situation changes and we will offer you a payment plan.

  • Even though we do not accept insurance, we can provide you a Superbill that you can submit to the insurance company for reimbursement if your plan allows.
    *In order to find out if your policy covers Acupuncture, call your insurance company and ask them to send you a copy of their regulation regarding Acupuncture. Many insurance companies do not provide accurate and complete information over the phone. Each insurance company also have different rules, such as, limit of number of visits or coverage only for certain conditions. If you have any questions or problems regarding reimbursement for our services, feel free to let us know.
